Brief: Design a promotional video for Newton Property Management.
Solution: I created an engaging and dynamic animation, utilising the ‘red thread’ of the Newton full stop to guide viewers through the Newton world. This animation highlights the various characters who contribute to the company’s exceptional property management services. The playful yet professional approach effectively showcases Newton Property Management’s commitment to excellence and their unique brand identity. I crafted this animation from the storyboard stage through to the animatic, and resulting in the final animation showcased above. This animation has been used on social media and web to promote the companies services.
